Meet Antonia.
Antonia Gölzner is an entrepreneur, coach and fourth-generation family business shareholder navigating two worlds: building something of her own and carrying forward what generations before her have created.
At 21, she founded her first business, driven by a fascination with human behaviour and what shapes people's decisions. During her Master's in Entrepreneurship at WHU, the unexpected loss of her father marked a turning point, bringing new responsibilities and a deeply personal perspective on life, ambition and legacy.
Next Gen isn't just who she works with. It's who she is and who she's building for.
At the heart of Antonia's outlook is a belief in personal agency and the power to shape one's own path. Her guiding mantra, “Everything is a Resource,” reflects a mindset that sees possibility not only in what life gives us, but also in the challenges we face, the setbacks we experience and the support we never received.
Because what we weren't given doesn't have to define what we can become.
Antonia's curiosity extends far beyond business. With an eye for aesthetics, a love for bringing people together and an appreciation for the finer things in life, she moves naturally between different worlds. Ambitious in what she builds and intentional in how she lives, she has never believed in choosing between substance and style.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family often means navigating expectations long before defining your own. Whether preparing to take on responsibility, finding your place within the family business or considering a different path altogether, the most challenging questions are often deeply personal.
I specialise in coaching and personal development for the next generation of entrepreneurial families. My expertise lies in helping people recognise the patterns, beliefs and blind spots that influence their behaviour, decisions and relationships.
With over five years of coaching experience, several professional qualifications and an academic background in business psychology and entrepreneurship, I combine psychological understanding with a practical, human-centred approach.
My particular strength is seeing what people often struggle to recognise in themselves: asking the questions that challenge familiar ways of thinking and open up new perspectives.
My approach connects three dimensions of personal development: understanding yourself, expressing who you are and learning to lead yourself.
Through speaking, workshops and selected private coaching engagements, I help next-generation owners, successors and entrepreneurial minds gain clarity about their own direction, communicate with confidence and make conscious decisions, within the family business or beyond it.
Because before you can decide what to do with your future, you need to understand what you truly want from it.

Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
Every child deserves the chance to discover what they're capable of, regardless of where they were born.
I believe that opportunity comes with responsibility. Growing up with privileges has shaped my conviction that the resources, knowledge and access we are given can also be used to create opportunities for others.
Through my involvement with UNICEF NextGen, I support charitable initiatives dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people, protecting their rights and creating opportunities where they are needed most.
Education is another cause particularly close to my heart. Having worked with teenagers and young adults for several years, I know how important it is to develop confidence, self-awareness and practical life skills early on.
Through my volunteer work with business@school, an initiative by BCG, and my own educational initiatives, I help young people discover their strengths, expand their perspectives and take ownership of their future.
For me, making an impact means both addressing the needs of today and creating opportunities for tomorrow.

Angel investing & foundersEntrepreneurship has always been as much about understanding people as understanding businesses.
My background as a founder, family business shareholder and coach has shaped my interest in the relationship between entrepreneurial performance, personal development and the decisions founders make along the way.
As I build my angel investing, I look for ways to combine financial capital with human capital: an entrepreneurial perspective, personal sparring and access to meaningful connections alongside the investment.
My interest lies in promising businesses and in the people with the ambition, capabilities and determination to build them.
